About the team:
Join the dynamic People Analytics team at Salesforce - a group of hard-working data scientists, data engineers, researchers, and consultants dedicated to shaping and optimizing business and people strategies across the company. In this newly crafted role, you'll collaborate with People Analytics leaders to build an impactful portfolio of products and services that drive organizational health.

Role overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building enterprise data and insights narratives, identifying priorities, leading high-impact initiatives, managing stakeholders, and elevating our reporting strategy to better serve the needs of the enterprise at scale.Responsibilities
Enterprise Narrative: Create an ongoing enterprise narrative to drive clarity, consistency, and strategy around people data. Build collateral and documentation to support communication across key partners and project owners.
Enterprise Deliverables: Deliver narrative and ES data inputs for the Balanced Scorecard, board decks, CKO/Laulima/other company presentations. Partner with senior stakeholders across ES, Finance, the Transformation Office, and others as needed to ensure narrative cohesion.
ES Deliverables: Build monthly ES People postcards for the CPO/COO, monthly BLT updates and monthly/weekly CPO updates around key org health measures.
CPO Insights: Develop a consistent cadence of CPO insights delivery that is aligned to enterprise priorities and executive need. Provide data, summary tables, and slides to meet ad-hoc CPO requests.
Strategic Cohesion: Ensure that organizational health products and services are perceived as cohesive, strategic, and aligned with business objectives.
Enterprise View: Connect the dots across functional People Insights teams and COO. Identify trends, gaps, risks to inform enterprise-wide opportunities and strategic alignment.
Branding: Showcase, communicate, and represent the People Strategy & Insights roadmap, deliverables, and key insights regularly across ES.
Roadmap and Narrative Development: Create governance around the team roadmap process to ensure clarity and alignment on product and insights priorities. Represent the roadmap and priorities within asks.
Data Clarity & Consistency: Partner with Analytics Strategy & Design team and provide input into core metrics, definitions, and templates that align with ES and enterprise priorities. Align on guidelines that define how and when to report on metrics and create collateral for the internal team and external partners to leverage
Cross-Functional Connection. Liaise with People Strategy teams including Workforce Planning, Employee Experience, and Org Effectiveness to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and effective delivery of programs, insights and dashboards.
