In your role as Change Manager, you will be driving the Change and Cultural initiatives within RWECE, while ensuring sustainable implementation. You will be part of a team of other managers, with a direct reporting line to the Vice President of Business Transformation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of the Change Initiatives in RWE Clean Energy
Work in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders to change 'the way we work' and to embed a sustainable Change in the teams we support
The role requires a min level of travel at approximately 20%, mostly across RWECE offices
Lead Change & Culture projects in area of responsibility and provide expert counseling to stakeholders
Leverage change management methodologies, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the teams
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify opportunities for intervention
Develop Change / Culture trainings and workshop as needed
Support cultural priorities implementation in the organization
Develop / coach leadership as they embark their leadership growth
Support the operational excellence, consulting and Transformation Office (TO) to implement their strategies
Connect to corporate initiatives and tailor those to the US specific needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Psychology or other related field required. Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8 years' experience driving change and cultural project in large organization
Experience in the Renewables industry is a plus
Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Experience with different cultures, knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Versed in problem solving / Root-cause analysis
Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Change management / Cultural certifications is a plus
Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in New York is $104,000 - $156,000 . The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
