Job Description

Job Summary:

  • To schedule all Pre-Engineered Salesman appointments & leads. Submit daily 3rd party reports. Transfer & manage operator calls. Assist other departments as needed with general office tasks & administrative duties.

Essential Functions:

  • Operator- Answer telephones, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Email Illinois Casualty Reports.
  • Process & resolve delinquent accounts.
  • Collect payments or fees.
  • Send documents to customers, through mail:
  • Send Certified Letters
  • Oversee COD’s, quotes, & notifications
  • Manage Departmental mail.
  • Dropbox duties:

o Resolve emails in Tech’s Dropbox

o Handle emails in Sales Dropbox.

  • Set up Service Lines for Technicians.
  • Organize, schedule, & confirm Sales appointments for clients & customers.
  • Complete building Reports for all divisions.
  • Update Quote Logs.
  • Provide general staff support.
