Description:
Title: Operations Support
Location: Mettawa, IL - Hybrid Required
Contract: 1 year with possible extension - based on performance and business needs

Summary:
Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department/division-wide efforts. Duties may include tracking information and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and database management.
Willingness to ask questions - things are audited so able to ask questions, open to learning and open to what they have done and how they did it. Happy to train on anything needed if open to learning.The current Team is GREAT! Three great individuals and three others who will assist in training - all great, kind, thoughtful individuals who will assist with this.

Education requirement:
HS Diploma required
College/Associate is not required, but would be seen as positive to have and to help them work through complicated projects.
These will be extended for longer term if all works out. There is additional work available. Great growth opportunity.

Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required? If yes, how many hours, what impact to scheduled working hours?
* 5 days a week (hybrid schedule 3 in office 2 WFH)
* 9 - 5 CT
* Up to 40 hrs./wk.
* No OT currently

Systems:
* SAP
* Microsoft office (strong Excel emphasis)
* Insight Farm (Client created)

Challenges with various contractors on team:
* Not showing up for work, no call no show, then have extreme excuses for not showing up
* Various excuses for not being able to work, computer issues, constant issues
