Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Program Assistant

Temporary Job Description:
The Talent Management team is looking for a candidate who can quickly learn the ropes of recruitment for Alumni Relations and Development while incorporating our hiring best practices. This role will work directly with the team and DEI to schedule interviews using outlook, create interview itineraries for candidates and be the point of contact for scheduling. This position will connect with potential candidates to provide excellent candidate experience. Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail,great customer service, organizational skills, and be proactive to get interviews scheduled promptly. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Strong writing skills;
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
Diligent and can work independently;
Experience working with confidential information;
Professionalism;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
Software Required:
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
