Overall Purpose

This role ensures users have a seamless, engaging, and satisfying experience with all our digital platforms while effectively meeting our business objectives. Works with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure the marketing-owned sites meet business needs and exceed industry standards. Evaluates site content and different areas of the site for ease of use, accessibility, and effectiveness.

Essential Functions
Strategic Projects: Establishes scalable processes and management routines to support strategic, cross-functional business objectives. Manages agency vendors to help execute strategic projects, such as website replatforming or feature enhancements.
Performance Optimization: Makes recommendations and implements change to enable continuous site improvements.Analyze web performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize page load speed, optimize mobile experiences, and improve website performance.
Content Management & Strategy: This role contributes best practice solutions to support a content strategy that resonates with the target audience for the overall marketing team's business objectives. Optimizes content layout and page design to deliver relevant and valuable information to users at various touchpoints.
UX/UI Expertise: Collaborates with agencies, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Accessibility: Leads relationship with Accessibility solution provider while ensuring end-to-end accessibility solutions are in place for all digital properties at every stage of the development life cycle. Identifies issues and works with teams to remediate and validate remediation.
Research and Analysis: Actively engages in user research to gain insights into user preferences, behavior, and pain points. This role helps in designing and improving digital experiences that resonate with the target audience.
Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in or related fields
Minimum of 7 or more years of related experience with at least 3 years of digital content experience
This role understands the importance of brand consistency, cohesive messaging, and intuitive digital interfaces as they contribute to a positive brand perception.
Technical Proficiency that indicates a strong web technologies and content management foundation
Analytics Mindset with understanding of Google Analytics, user testing, and data-backed decisions
Project Management experience which illustrates aptitude in organization, details, accuracy and balancing of resources with priorities
Communication and Collaboration acumen to articulate ideas, synergize with stakeholders, and strengthen cross-team relationships
It is critical for this candidate to have extreme attention to detail and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
