Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for monthly financial reviews with Mid-Atlantic property management Leadership
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
Responsible for annual budget and mid-year forecast
Oversee monthly variance commentaries
Ensure monthly revenue is properly recorded
Ensure the accounts receivable objectives and metrics are met - oversee maintenance and research on AR over 30 days past due
Oversee balance sheet accounts and ensure commentaries are completed
Responsible for ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and modeling

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent attention to detail is required
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Prior PeopleSoft and/or commercial real estate experience is a plus

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in accounting or related field
4-6 years of experience preferred
Financial Reporting/Budgeting experience a plus
