Position: Temporary Project Coordinator/Executive Admin
Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) This role is on-site.
Pay: $25-$30/hour based on experience
Campus: Evanston, On-site
Approximate start date: ASAP

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Full-time Temporary Project Coordinator for the Evanston campus for an Executive Office.

Temporary Job Description:
Answers and/or redirects incoming phone calls
Prioritizing, directing, and responding to various functions associated with an Executive office
Manages calendar via Outlook
Coordinates and arranges travel arrangements and submits expense reports
Effectively handles highly sensitive, and often highly confidential, information using tact, diplomacy and exemplary judgement
Interacts with external partners as well as internal constituents.
Works collaboratively with other administrators within the department
Coordinates communications and follows up on behalf executive leadership
May prepare presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint
Qualifications Required:
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Strong writing skills; confidentiality
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
Diligent and can work independently;
Experience working with confidential information;
Professionalism;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Software Required:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
