You will drive change management for the Logistics and Manufacturing workstreams of one of the largest transformations within Mondelez, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted, and sustained.

SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Mondelez is proceeding with a selective transformation approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

**_*** This role will be remote but must have the ability to go into office when needed in our East Hanover, NJ. or Chicago offices._**

How you will contribute

+ Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management of your workstream.

+ Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.

+ Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.

+ Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.

+ Define, design, and execute strategic change management interventions.

+ Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders.

+ Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

+ 9+ years’ experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.

+ Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

+ Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management

+ Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.

+ A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

+ SAP S/HANA implementation exposure highly preferred

+ Functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes highly preferred
