This role will be supporting the CSR team on the beauty side of the operation.

Job Duties:

- Interacts with global customers daily, processing orders in ERP system and responding to questions. Prepares correspondences and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

- Coordinates internal and external resources to manage customer orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing.

- Communicates unit price, inventory availability, and delivery details.

- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; monitoring the investigation to determine root cause and corrective action; communicating the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Maintains customer accounts by recording requirements and documenting interactions.

- Meets or exceeds performance objectives which drive Customer Experience.

- Cultivates partnership with sales focused on customer relationship management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

We require 1-3 years of Customer Service experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

International and SAP experience is a plus.
