Job Description

Currently hiring for a CNC Mill Machinist in the Crest Hill, IL area. Hiring Immediately.

Pay(PAID WEEKLY) : $25-35/ Overtime available but not required

1st shift : 8AM-4PM (be flexible with 7AM start time once in awhile)

Description:

+ Program, set-up, and operate all CNC machines (Brands include Mazak, Hurco, Okuma, Heidenhan)

+ Program machines using both conversational and non-conversational programs (online and offline with Bobcad or PowerStation software)

+ Machine parts based upon customer specific blueprints and drawings

+ Perform inspections using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers

+ Work with Fanuc and Fagor controls

+ Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and bronze metals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience in operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines

+ Experience programming machines using conversational and non-conversational programs (offline and online)

+ Machined both small and large parts in a job shop facility

+ Experienced in interpreting blueprints and using measuring tools

+ Must have own basic hand tools (mics/cals, hand and power tools, indicators)
