The Role

The role of Executive Assistant (EA) will be accountable for managing administrative activities and as needed project management on behalf of our President of North America. This will involve tight control over their calendar ensuring no meeting conflicts, timely processing of expenses, coordination of travel, internal and external communications, and facilitating execution of specific projects. This role will support the broader strategy and marketing management teams and will also provide project support as required.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, with experience managing senior stakeholders, especially navigating the area of scheduling and support. They will have a customer service orientation, an exceptional attention to detail, possess a ‘bias to action’ and accustomed to working (and thriving) in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

· Provide support to the President, North America and the North America region in delivering on overall objectives.

· Calendar management in multiple time zones, arranging travel both domestic and international dsetination, submitting expenses in a timely fashion, and processing purchase orders as required.

· Coordinate and manage follow up on action items from meetings on behalf of President, North America.

· Provide support and project coordination for strategic initiatives across North America.

· Assist with event coordination and execution.

· Work collaboratively with the EA team on companywide events.

· Other ad hoc duties as required to assist the President, North America and management team.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience You Will Need:

· Executive assistance (EA) experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.

· EA experience supporting Senior leadership.

· Experience managing and coordinating events and leadership meetings from start to finish.

· Vendor management experience.

· Experience with calendar management and arranging travel.

· Ability to collaborate with other EAs and key stakeholders on a variety of projects and initiatives across the organization.

· Superb interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate effectively at all levels.

· Exceptional organizational skills, time management skills, planning, and prioritization.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively address needs of the President, North America and team members.

· Advanced computer skills: creating documents, electronic file management, creating and editing presentations, creating and editing spreadsheets.

· High level of experience with Outlook and MS Office tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

· Must genuinely enjoy working as part of a team.
