Senior Finance Manager, FP&A - Integrated Operations at a Glance....
The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A - Integrated Operations is a key finance role supporting Kraft Heinz efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the Supply Chain Finance organization. This individual will play an important role in improve the monthly rituals & routines including analysis and reporting), quarterly/ annual reviews, development of the strategic plan & yearlong productivity efforts. He/she will work across the supply chain finance organization to create optimal processes and tools, initiates analytical projects to identify savings opportunities and will lead cross-functional efforts through managing Operations and Finance teams to deliver & report accurate savings commitments, and risk and opportunities.

Own the ongoing rituals & routines and look for opportunity to improve financial processes for manufacturing, logistics and procurement
Owns current financial reporting models and has the ambition to implement new efficiencies where applicable, to drive an optimal balance of precision and timeliness
Accelerate timeline for closing, improve reporting accuracy for the entire supply chain finance organization and improve forecast accuracy and processes for manufacturing, logistics and procurement
Drive process optimization and collaboration across supply chain finance origination, serving as a critical link between all teams to maximize efficiency and synergy
Partners with functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business reviews
Lead monthly dialogue with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of KHC results
Key support contact to US operations team for ad hoc & routine requests to support business needs
Assist in all CAPEX/OPEX planning for North American initiatives

Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
7+ years' experience, in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
Drive process optimization and collaboration across supply chain finance origination, serving as a critical link between all teams to maximize efficiency and synergy
Prior Supply Chain Finance and/or Corporate FP&A experience required
Strong technical and systems (SAP, Hyperion, Office 365, Power BI, Tableau) orientation desired
Strong communication & influencing skill sets, with a proven ability to work across organization verticals & horizontals to meet business needs
An active learner and ambitious individual who will take pride and ownership of both short-term & long-term objectives
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to take on challenges and is a problem-solver
