The Business Coordinator owns all executive support duties within the global innovation team which has been created to deliver disruptive innovation and operationalize a global innovation center of excellence. The Global innovation team establishes our disruptive innovation agenda and leads the biggest innovations across Kraft Heinz. They create new capabilities that reimagine how we innovate. As part of Global Innovation, you will be a part of building both what we bring to market and how we do it that will be game changers for Kraft Heinz and the food industry as a whole. Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with VP, Global Innovation to drive disruptive innovation and Center of Excellence agenda and priorities
Responsible for handling calendars, meeting agendas, and meeting follow ups of the VP, Global innovation and team meetings for Global Innovation Leadership Team
Assist in making meeting arrangements and scheduling routine meetings for the business including town halls, quarterly leadership offsites, weekly leadership team meetings, etc.
Coordinate key engagement workstreams across global innovation
Project tracking to ensure leaders are accountable for their specific areas
Process purchase orders and maintain team budget
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative support of a business leadership team
Excellent planning and interpersonal skills
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners
Ability to optimally work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Can maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
