Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

The Process Modeler/Project Manager is responsible for managing the process modeling, client communication, and performance design for high-strength, organic industrial wastewater projects and for HDR's Industrial Sector's process design foundations and regulator communication.  Primary duties include: planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of multi-disciplined projects for industrial clients; developing process modeling and reporting; independently coordinating work of professional staff and balance the project team throughout an entire project's development; participating in reviews with project owners and/or various governing agencies for compliance; conducting work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff; coordinating workload through entire project development, and ensuring completion of work products on schedule and within budget; tracking financial aspects of projects and coordinating and adjust work effort with team to ensure work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule; and working with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for internal project reviews with company management as needed.
