Manager Consultant (full-time; multiple openings) 

Manager Consultant needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. within Capgemini’s Business Technology team to define and drive innovative and implementable technology solutions for clients. Work across complex businesses on large scale technology transformations and ensure alignment to enterprise and client strategies. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs. Provide leadership, designing solutions, ensuring quality outcomes and overseeing the development and execution of projects across a client's portfolio. Design the end-to-end solution, map the underlying capabilities needed to build the solution, ensure the solution meets the required standards, and provide the necessary technical support to the scrum teams and product design team to develop the solution. Lead the technical design process coordinating the various stakeholders towards an agreed solution.  Steer and drive the client to make the right decisions using Capgemini Product centricity principles. Manage implementation and execution phases by facilitating client workshops and developing management tools, frameworks and other materials to set up clients to successfully operate autonomously at the end of a program or engagement. Manage technical feasibility assessment and piloting programs. Lead proposal efforts and Proof of Concept (POCs) on Capgemini offerings including: Product Centricity, Salesforce Roll Outs and Implementations, Agile transformations, and ERP assessments. Supervise and mentor direct reports and junior consultants on your client engagements. Define, plan, organize, and assign engagements to junior consultants and direct reports. Contribute to the Technology & Strategy Capability within the Operating Model Team. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business, Engineering (any), Technology or related field, plus three (3) years of IT, consulting, or finance experience. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business, Engineering (any), Technology, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT, consulting, or finance experience. Must have one (1) year of IT, consulting, or finance work experience with: (1) Business development and Business Technology development, (2) conceptualizing strategy development for multiple clients’ problems, (3) drive development of deliverables and strategy on multiple projects, and (4) Scaled Agile Framework. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel & relocation required. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed.
