Job Description
EMPLOYER’S NAME: RedMane Technology LLC.
POSITION TITLE: Cloud System Administrator(s).
POSITION DUTIES: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Configure, maintain, support, upgrade, and patch software components and cloud services. Research and perform proof-of-concepts on new software technologies to improve the company’s ability to support clients. Install, support, and upgrade software components. Support Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery toolsets. Participate in daily team meetings. Complete software support tickets. Analyze software issues and determine root cause along with completing solutions to resolve. Telecommuting Permitted.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, System Administrator, or a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1. Linux/Unix; 2. Shell Scripting; 3. Windows AD; 4. Python Programming; 5. Azure Services; 6. Ansible/Puppet; 7. Implementing network architecture to server components; 8. Storage media including solid-state drives and NFS/CIFS solutions.
