Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
The responsibility of the Graduate Assistant for Men's Basketball is to assist the head coach in all aspects of the administration of the men's basketball Program.
Responsibilities
Responsible to model the university Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration, and active support of the University's Mission in Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
-Practice and game coaching
-Recruiting
-Responsible for team travel
-Public Relations
-Fundraising
-Academic Advising
As an individual employed in a coaching capacity, you are subject to the regulations of the NCAA.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with playing experience at the college level and the ability to communicate effectively within the educational philosophy of Lewis University required. Must be a graduate student in good standing in a degree or certification program at Lewis University.
