Estimated annual base pay: $101,500.00 (minimum) - $127,000.00 (midpoint) - $152,500.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? Woodward is hiring a Product Technology Manager at our Niles site. This position is responsible for providing marketing, commercial, and technical expertise for application of primarily traditional products from customer/market segment requirements.
What you will be doing...
Lead marketing processes that include customer communications, proposals, presentations, development/maintaining product strategies and roadmaps.
Conducts market studies that define market potential of new products.
Accountable for development, communication and execution of strategic plans for products and markets.
Providing commercial leadership during all phases of new product introduction.
Develop and grow relationships with large account key contacts and industry experts.
Responsible for product system pricing per company pricing policy
Manages traditional products through full product life cycle.
What we are looking for...
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required
2 or more years of experience with energy controls technologies in a technical role is required.
Demonstrated commercial aptitude or product line management experience is required.
Formal training in areas such as Product Management, Strategic Selling and Large Account Management is required.
