We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team in the construction industry as an Application Development Project Manager, based in Chicago, Illinois. This role will involve overseeing the development and execution of various IT projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This remote role will be contract is estimated to be a 12-month plus contract, and the ideal person would be local to the Chicago area.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the lifecycle of IT projects within the organization

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external teams

- Drive project management standards across the organization and ensure their benefits are understood and utilized by all functional teams

- Influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of leadership within the organization

- Manage tasks and resources effectively to ensure project success

- Lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals

- Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, both in writing and verbally

- Utilize strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to foster a positive working environment

- Apply critical thinking skills to navigate multiple priorities and ensure project success

- Utilize knowledge of cloud technologies, CRM, database, EO/IR systems, and ERP in managing IT projects

Requirements – Significant experience in the construction or contracting industry

- Proven track record as an Application Development Project Manager or similar role

- Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Solid understanding of Database structures and Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) systems

- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

- Familiarity with AB Testing and Application Development processes

- Proven experience managing deployments in a construction or contractor setting

- Strong design and engineering skills, preferably within the construction industry

- Solid background in Information Technology (IT) project management

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
