About the Role

The Team Leader plays a crucial role in leading a client delivery group to provide high-quality solutions. Oversee business rule drafting, quality assurance, and product delivery. Manage ongoing tasks and developing plans for colleague growth. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Responsibilities

· Leading change initiatives by incorporating feedback to enhance team and internal partner operations. Prioritize tasks, and deliver projects with creativity, fixed capacity, and high quality, while adhering to best practices.

· Managing organization-wide projects on behalf of solution leadership, ensuring evaluation for cross-domain impact and appropriate management.

· Partnering with domain leaders to influence strategy and achieve objectives, facilitating effective stakeholder management and relationship building.

· Communicating escalations, risks, issues, and priorities across internal and external stakeholders.

· Consulting with clients on core delivery and new projects, ensuring effective client engagement.

· Managing the Performance team, utilizing metrics and data to focus on project delivery. Continuous improvement, and ownership of defect management.

· Ensuring proper change order management throughout project lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, and integration.

· Facilitating creation and revisions of iteration plans, setting milestones and determining capacity and prioritization of work.

· Planning deployment tasks, security audits, and releases, monitoring progress against iteration plans and articulating project health.

· Implementing and monitors standard operations practices, guiding other managers on best practices and proactive management.

Requirements

· Able to Integrate resources to provide seamless participant resolution support, focusing on participant experience.

· Able to Evaluate trends in root cause analysis for defects and escalations. Translate findings into delivery improvement initiatives.

· Able to Identify and implements improvements to ongoing procedures, relationships, and training.

· Able to transition to ongoing responsibility and supports Client Acceptance Testing.

· Able to Set quality expectations and goals, reviews quality reports and metrics to ensure high-quality software delivery.

· Able to drive team and manager performance improvement, setting SMART goals aligned with health goals.

· Able to Build relationships, assesses performance, provides career coaching, manages pay, and improves colleague engagement.

· Able to partner with leadership to build talent pipeline across the domain.Focus on growth opportunities ,talent development.

· Able to ensure team members have training plans and leads training/skill development across the solution.

· Able to Champion the Operating System, embodies Core Values, completes ongoing coursework for personal development. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
