We are seeking an Office Support Specialist whose responsibilities are dynamic, encompassing multiple departments including customer service, finance/accounting, and supply chain. This role involves supplementing the work of other team members, including some who are remote, across these departments. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting regularly with multiple team members and will execute tasks with attention to detail. This role requires following consistent processes and independently checking work for mistakes. The position is part-time to full-time, ranging from 30-40 hours per week, and is an in-office role.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Westmont, Illinois.

Work Environment

The work hours are 8-5pm or 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some overtime required. The team consists of 10-12 people in a space that is half office, half warehouse.
