Responsibilities
+ Receive and check in parts: Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders. Ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart for technicians
+ Inspect delivered parts for quality: Inspect parts for damage upon delivery
+ Return incorrect parts: Immediately process the return in the system and mark part(s) for vendor pick up
+ Monitor deliveries: Regularly communicate with vendor on parts status and commuinicate information with the team
+ Coordinate parts invoicing: Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion’s estimating platform – make corrections as necessary
Qualifications
+ Parts experience required
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D.
+ Valid Driver’s License
