At Salesforce, the Market Strategy team is responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with leading analysts and influencers that advance Salesforce's product vision and go-to-market strategy! Our team is seeking an Analyst Relations and Market Strategy Manager to lead analyst strategy and programs for our Integration (iPaaS), and API Mgmt. products. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our analysts and our executives for a critical set of offerings with enormous opportunity for growth, helping to:
Cultivate partnerships our growing community of global analysts, market luminaries, and influencers.
Broaden visibility of the company and core products amongst the analyst community.
Provide Product Management with strategic consultation on products and services.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to deliver content and programs to drive lead generation.Responsibilities
Quickly become a trusted subject matter expert and representative to our analyst community on our integration and API management products.
Work closely with key partners across the company to build and strengthen relationships.
Deliver end-to-end analyst engagement strategy for a regular cadence of inquiries, analyst days, events, briefings, and other core program tactics.
Serve as a trusted partner internally by providing first-level feedback and mentorship to executives and actively synthesizing and sharing insights from analyst engagements, reports, and data with AR program partners.
Proactively lead the response to analyst evaluations and requests for information through coordination with internal stakeholders and executives.
Drive alignment with field and product teams to maximize analyst awareness of leading customer cases and perspectives.
Demonstrate excellent judgment for the company's best interest, strong situational analysis, and the ability to negotiate and manage select analyst contracts and retainers.
Be a phenomenal team player who is willing to jump in and support cross-platform and cloud analyst strategy and programs where our iPaaS and API Mgmt. products and go-to-market differentiate Salesforce.
Travel as needed when travel resumes: up to 20-40% of the time across North America.Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years of analyst relations experience or experience in marketing or strategy roles in the technology industry.
Dedication to understanding market fundamentals and technology for a sophisticated and rapidly changing segment.
A reputation as a self-starter adept at working with executives in a cross-functional environment to drive consensus on strategy and messaging.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and relatively unstructured work environment.
Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
A positive, flexible demeanor and a very, very good sense of humor!Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cloud infrastructure markets such as iPaaS and API Mgmt.
