Global Technology Partners (GTP) serves Salesforce partners who work with us on a technology basis, this includes our ISVs (AppExchange), OEMs, Strategic Partners (AWS, Google etc) and our Alibaba partnership in China.

The GTP team is looking for a Sales Strategy Analyst to join our ISV Strategy and Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare data for and analyze key performance metrics, including sales pipeline, bookings, growth

Support sales leadership with revenue and forecasting insights as needed, including building and maintaining dashboards

Support strategic initiatives including those that address business performance gaps and emerging market strategies

Support incentive compensation analysis and operational maintenance of the ISV sellers

Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision-making

Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives

Qualifications:

1-3 years work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel and logical reasoning; experience using data/databases for analysis

College/university degree or equivalent experience.

Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions

Excellent Excel skills and comfortable with modeling and analytical exercises

Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling slide presentations

Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment

Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau a plus

Knowledge of Salesforce products, business systems and processes would be well regarded

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,000 to $126,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
