Job Description

Job title: Senior Manager, Operational Excellence (South Zone)

As the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence for the South Zone, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing the operational performance of the service zone, focusing on:

- Business Transformation – adoption of and adherence to new IT solutions and related processes

- Moving the organization from a field-based to a hybrid, field/remote support approach

Your role:

+ Drive zone productivity and growth through effective resource planning/utilization, cross-training plans, processes, and customer satisfaction. Identify gaps and deficiencies and implement countermeasures to address them.

+ Develop and lead monthly accountability review calls for all regions within the service zone.

+ Drive remote support process improvement and adherence.

+ Develop business analytics to measure our maturity in remote support delivery.

Financial Accountability

+ Drive margin improvements through PRS connectivity, First Visit Fix Rate, Remote Fix Rate.

+ Continuously evaluate and optimize resources assigned to the hybrid model (FSE/RSE).

Customer Ownership

+ Lead within a matrixed environment and collaborate with DSMs to optimize zone/business performance.

+ Meet the quality and customer satisfaction standards and targets.

+ Support the zone business transformation strategy and results.

+ Drive a customer solution-focused operating model within the service zone.

+ Adherence to Processes in a hybrid, field/remote support model

You’re the right fit if:

+ Bachelor’s Degree – MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.

+ Minimum of three years of Field Service Management and/or Project Management experience required.

+ Minimum of 7 years related professional work experience in the Healthcare Industry.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

+ Effective and efficient communication skills, including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation

+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively in a team-based organization across multiple remote locations/departments with management and individuals of various levels and backgrounds.

+ Results orientation. Capable of making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time and within budget.

+ Project management skills. Ability to facilitate/lead project teams.

+ Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Tableau, ServiceMax.

+ Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic and tactical business plans.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

+ Travel up to 25% to the customer site, zone office, or identified locations for meetings, training, and business needs outside the Zone.

+ Ideal Candidate will reside within in the South Zone.
