As a Communications Program Manager, Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting key initiatives by developing and implementing effective communication strategies. Your role is to ensure that all communications are aligned with the overall program and company strategy, while also meeting the needs of different stakeholders.

Must be local to our Lincolnshire, IL location and able to work in our office.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement communication strategies that support key initiatives and align with business goals and objectives.

+ Manage internal communications to key stakeholders and external communications (as required) for multiple programs and strategic initiatives.

+ Participate in relevant program meetings to develop foundational understanding of key initiatives.

+ Plan, edit and write content leveraging a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a emails, presentations, videos, etc.

+ Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form.

+ Collaborate with different teams (e.g. marketing, HR, production) to ensure consistency and meet deadlines.

+ Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of communications strategies.

+ Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the company’s strategic vision.

+ Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.

+ Assumes self and team accountability for execution and success.

+ Independently engages additional resources as needed to address obstacles/delays.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

+ 12+ years’ work experience in the area of sales, product, or marketing operations.

+ Effective at presenting, communicating (verbal and written), and facilitating to peers and senior level audiences.

+ Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

+ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

+ Proficiency in MS Office, content management systems and collaboration platforms.

+ Highly ethical, with the ability to mai ntain confidentiality.

+ Must be local to the Lincolnshire, IL area.

Salary: USD 150400.00 – USD 225600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
