Senior Financial Analyst, Logistics Finance at a Glance....
The Senior Financial Analyst, Logistics Finance will be a key finance role to support the company's efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout our North America Warehouse network. This role reports to the Associate Director, Logistics Finance. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in month-end close and reporting cycle, KPI analysis, forecasting and budgeting. The Sr. Analyst will also create optimal processes and tools and support analytical projects to identify savings opportunities.

What's on the menu?
Play a key role in month-end close and variance analysis, by verifying numbers consistency and root causing key variances
Own the consolidation of the monthly warehouse results for certain Pods, aggregate/analyze commentary, and build MPR decks for leadership review
Elevate management's understanding of month-end results by digging and extracting information from the financial systems to drive insights and decisions
Create financial models for forecasting and budgeting and implement supporting tools to drive accuracy and drivers visibility
Support analytical projects and partner with Warehouse leaders to identify and track savings opportunities

Recipe for Success - apply if this sounds like you
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
Minimum 2 years' Excel and PowerPoint mastery and financial systems acumen (SAP)
Minimum 2 years' Financial Planning / Forecasting experience
Basic understanding of accounting concepts and GAAP
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Demonstrated problem-solving skills a must
Motivated self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and workindependently
Influencing skills and ability to work across multiple functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsLocation(s)Chicago/Aon Center
