The Role: The Talent Acquisition Solutions Lead, Americas is responsible for efforts to streamline, automate and operationalize Talent Acquisition's process. You'll report to the Americas TA Director and have a matrix line into our Global TA Solutions Lead. You'll be responsible for identifying and actioning opportunities for improvement. You'll provide expertise in specific areas of TA which include, but are not limited to, talent acquisition technology, candidate/hiring manager experience, and insights and analytics. This position is individual contributor role and will be based in our Chicago or Toronto office.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Global TA Solutions Lead and the Americas TA Director to refine, document and communicate talent acquisition processes.
Serve as a Workday ATS subject matter expert for the Americas Talent Acquisition team, supporting a roadmap of enhancements in partnership with the Global TA Solutions Lead and our Workday team.
Collaborate with our Central Technology team to maintain and seek improvements in our existing interview scheduling RPA. Assist in streamlining the Workday interview scheduling process and in designing and preparing TA for future automation.
Identify areas for improvement in TA processes including, but not limited to, interview scheduling, the offer process and exploring API capabilities and solutions.
Align Americas' TA team guidelines and processes with our global standards.
Create a streamlined process for recruiter's day-to-day questions and issues by maintaining current systems (TA Wiki and Sharepoint, and Service Now) and making recruiter resources (policies, SOP's, and knowledge base articles) easily accessible.
Partnering with TA Leads, Specialists and Associates in process improvement and guideline documentation.
Oversee the background check and hire/transfer processes. Identifying efficiencies with the our India-based operations leader via automation and other process improvement.
Aggregate manager and candidate survey data for evaluation by TA leadership.

Requirements:
Enthusiastic promoter of Morningstar's mission and values to internal and external clients; inherent curiosity about Morningstar's business.
Proficiency working with tools of the recruiting trade, including applicant tracking systems.
Proven success in process improvement and automation; good command of data and analytics.
Skilled at influencing stakeholders and experienced in leading change.
Ability to navigate the organization to find the right decision makers and influencers and bring them together as necessary.
An ownership, client service and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in seeking creative solutions to business challenges.
Great verbal, written, and data-oriented communication skills.
Bachelor's degree.
