Job Description
Our client a leader in the field of identity technology is seeking a Maintenance Technician who can assist them with servicing of their high speed automated machines. Be part of this ever growing company and be a leader within the department that keeps this company moving.
This is a first shift position from 7:30 to 5pm.
A snap shot of your day:
Perform comprehensive troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of production equipment.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance of all production equipment.
Set up equipment in coordination with the production shift supervisor, aligning with the production schedule.
Communicate with external support technicians for guidance and support through email or phone.
Ensure compliance with safety and employee conduct rules, promoting a clean and hazard-free workspace.
Maintain adequate spare parts inventory levels and order replacements when necessary.
Create purchase orders for supplies.
Maintain documentation of vendors, part numbers, contacts, pricing etc.
Maintain documentation of best practices and repeatable maintenance directions
Foster continuous improvement concepts within the team.
Assist in any reorganization or relocation of machines, shelving units, desks, etc.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with ISO standards.
We are seeking a team player who can assist in many areas of the plant who may have a technical degree/certification and PLC exp.
