Your Role at Baxter
This is a hybrid position, working 3 days from our Deerfield, IL office and 2 days remotely. Local candidates only will be considered.

What you'll be doing
You will contribute to the broader pharmacy vision, strategy, and market development opportunities by working closely with R&D, medical & other marketing colleagues. Our Infusion Therapies & Technologies (ITT) division is a $2.9B global business that includes a vast portfolio of products, e.g., IV solutions and pharmacy portfolio, IV access, infusion technologies, specialized patient monitoring, and digital health platforms.
We are seeking a curious learner that will carry out projects, manage supply, data analysis, market research and undertake key marketing activities as directed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead upstream commercial activities for assigned product portfolios including life cycle management plans ensuring availability and continuity of product supply while considering all aspects of product health & risk including, but not limited to, segment strategy, customer needs, technical requirements, commercial/quality/regulatory and manufacturing elements.
Disseminate information and actionable insights to regional and country partners; aggregate and bring market intelligence back to the center through effective knowledge management and integrate into commercial plans and strategies.
Support with conducting quantitative and qualitative market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, unmet customer needs for assigned products and broader pharmacy segment; make recommendations by synthesizing insights and using future thinking data analytics to develop strategies that deliver value.
Research and analyze global/regional/country market conditions, including competitive landscapes to determine viability of products and technologies.
Uncover market opportunities to launch existing products in new segments or geographies, make recommendations based on market opportunity assessments.
