Job Description
Our healthcare client is seeking a Digital Asset Lead to help out with a Sitecore Migration Project, 40 hours per week.
The Sitecore Digital Asset Lead will ensure the quality of images is upheld and oversee a Photo Editor on resizing approximately 750 images.
Sitecore Digital Asset Lead Capabilities:
-Sitecore CMS Proficiency: strong understanding of Sitecore functionality, particularly in managing images and document assets in the platform.
-Sitecore Media Library experience: knowledge of Sitecore -Media Library to efficiently organize, upload and manage assets.
-File conversion and optimization: best practices related to coverting file formats and optimizing images, resizing, compressing and applying metadata.
-Recent hands-on image editing and migration experience: able to jump in and assist in image and document editing and migrating.
-Project management skills: to ensure that the team is following outlined process and meeting milestones.
Sitecore Digital Asset Lead Responsibilities:
-Content Assessment: assessing existing image and document assets to determine process and best strategy for migration.
-Overseeing image resizing/retouching: setting up process for team to resize/retouch images that require altering to fit new template.
-Content migration: overseeing image/document migration - Spot checking work to make sure it's accurate prior to QC.
-Asset linking setting process and overseeing asset linking to ensure images and docs link to relevant content.
-Training and support: providing training and support to content authors and photo editor. Including best practices for uploading, organizing and linking assets.
