Position: RN, Cardiac Rehab

Position Details

Day Shift, 4 days, 10 hour shift, Monday - Friday

Home base, Highland Park, with some rotation to other Endeavor sites in the North region

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an RN required

Cardiac, critical care, ED, highly preferred.

IL RN License, BLS & ACLS required.

Job Duties

Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience in the GI Lab.

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care

Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition periodically

Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care

Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care

Perform quality rounds on medications and supplies and other equipment as applicable
