Job Description
HRIS Analyst
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Human Resources (HR) Systems while working closely with Senior HRIS Analysts. This role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, monitoring, and providing functional& technical support. The HRIS analyst will contribute to the ongoing development, testing, and maintenance of HR processes and systems. The HRIS analyst will assist in the continuous improvement of HR processes through analytical skills. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure the effective utilization of the HR Systems.

Location: Hybrid (Remote and Skokie, IL)
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours
Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required
What you will do:
System Configuration and Administration:
Configure the HR Systems to meet specific business requirements.
Develop new functionalities and modules within the HR Systems to support evolving HR processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.
Workflow/Business Process Automation and Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Workday system.
Collaborate with HRIS senior analyst and advisors, other HR and IT teams to implement enhancements and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Data Management and Reporting:
Enter, update/upload, and maintain accurate employee data within the Workday system.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports and audits to support HR and business needs.
Integration Development:
Assist in designing and implementing integrations between the HR systems and other internal or third-party systems.
Ensure seamless data flow and communication across systems.
Assisting in monitoring and error resolution of integrations.
System Upgrades and Testing:
Participate in system upgrades, ensuring new features and enhancements are thoroughly tested.
Assist in the development and execute test plans for new system functionalities.
User Support/System documentation:
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for Workday processes
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Assist in maintain user guides, references and documentation.
Support end users of the HR systems.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest HRIS developments and best practices.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to the HR Systems.
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification:
Experience:
One year experience in HRIS support and development, preferably with Workday.
Two years of general professional human resource administration experience and familiarity with HR processes and practices.
Experience working with ServiceNow
Unique or Preferred Skills:

Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in reporting tools
Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and data management.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional support to end-users.
Ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
