Position Highlights:
Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand
Unit: Out Patient Physical Rehab Services
Location: Galterlife Center / Chicago, IL
Hours: clinic hours are 7am -730pm / hours will vary based on clinic needs
Shift: days/ evenings
Part time/Full Time: Per Diem
What You will need:
Graduate from a school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor of Science or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university approved by the AOTA and the Council on Medical Education of the AMA.
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
CPR BLS certification.
General Summary:
Provide professional occupational therapy evaluation, treatment and follow up services to physician referred patients. Responsible for assessing patients and performing procedures consistent with or based on the age and developmental status of the patient to maximize the clinical outcome and safety of the patient.
