The TDM Operations Senior Associate will support the planning, development, and implementation of onboarding and learning & development programs. This includes working closely with various stakeholders within the learning team, as well as key partners in other departments, in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the operational processes, policies and technology needed to support in-person and virtual learning programs. Primary responsibilities include consulting with key stakeholders to plan and execute onboarding and learning events. The TDM Operations Senior Associate will be responsible for creating and executing project plans, preparing status reports, updates and communications, assisting others through development and implementation, and reviewing effectiveness. The TDM Operations Senior Associate will also work on special projects related to the learning strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsible for creating and executing multiple learning program project plans; including the development of timelines in sufficient detail to meet established deadlines for department operations. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. (30%)
Serves as consultant and advisor to key stakeholders, to collaborate on and define solutions that support consistent cross-functional or cross department operations. (25%)
Proactively analyzes department operations, identifying gaps and areas of opportunities. Offers creative solutions and tools to enhance operational excellence. This includes the processes, workflows, and governance for the learning team, enterprise, and external sharing sites and other learning technologies. (15%)
Researches, attends learning, and stays connected to internal and external networks to stay current on trends and potential solutions for efficiencies(10%)
Performs regular maintenance on sites and tools, to include (but not limited to):Working with appropriate stakeholders, to revisit and review content and ensure relevance, Monitoring usage, Ensuring workflow and tasks are functioning appropriately, Monitoring and updating metadata as needed, Maintaining permissions (15%)
Other duties as assigned. (5%)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred: Degree in communications, education, instructional design, human resource development, or related area;
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Action orientation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to respond and be adaptable to changing priorities
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Two to three years of client service experience
Practical knowledge of training implementation and employee development
Managing projects and stakeholders
Client service and issue resolution* Compiling and reviewing data to make business decisions
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Required:
Ability to work with individuals from multiple levels within the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects, plan project timelines, and lead projects to completion
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide and receive feedback
