Job Description

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for a reputable distribution company in Elk Grove Village, IL. If you're looking for long-term stability and a positive warehouse environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver production documents for warehouse shipments.
Verify packets and paperwork according to US Customers Rules and Regulations.
Ensure proper handling, identification, and documentation of freight and cargo.
Manage overages, shortages, damage, and mis-loads.
Update shipment statuses in the system promptly.
Act as a liaison to relay carrier concerns and issues to customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
Previous logistics experience preferred.
