Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead - Midwest reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and regional SR. HRBP and is responsible for full cycle recruitment efforts within the Midwest markets. This is a high-demand role, responsible for actively recruiting for high volume openings (about 200-500 requisitions between the team).
Principal Job Duties:
Manages at team of 1-4 direct reports across the Midwest markets.
Weekly 1:1s with direct reports.
Managing and approving timecards.
Being present on regional operations calls as needed for all markets.
Manages 40-50 NET frontline requisitions at any given time.
Aggressively fuels the application/hiring pipeline by posting job ads, partnering with third party vendors/platforms, attending career/job fairs, leveraging social media, internal referrals and external networking, and searching resume databases for current and future needs.
Accurately maintains dashboards and recruiting metrics/KPIs including open positions, new hires, etc.
Evaluates workloads across the TAS team by understanding and solving for urgent needs and deploying assistance as needed/available.
Manage escalations including, but not limited to, managers needing access to Fountain, managers incorrectly onboarding, managers not submitting request forms, manager/HR questions and concerns.
Acting as MW floater as needed to assist with recruitment efforts.
Researches and actively sources passive job seekers.
Conducts market research and hiring analytics to provide wage insight to operations.
Effectively builds relationships with Operations, RVPs/SVPs to understand business needs and objectives and identify high-potential employees to support the region's continued growth.
Develops and implements recruiting strategies that fit business needs and budget considerations.
Identifies areas in need of process improvement and effectively communicated changes.
Provide training material/trainings on new recruitment technology/tools/etc.
Partners with the Home Office & Regional HR to ensure that new hires are pushed through the process accurately and timely.
Conducts and schedules interviews for operations.
Manage requisitions submitted by operations.
Other related duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
1-2 years of high-volume recruitment/scheduling position and/or experience in a recruiting role for multi-site front-line staff.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and general Microsoft Office Applications.
