Farm Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure well-being of the horses, including feeding & stall cleaning 
- Maintain vigilance on farm operations
- Ensure barns and associated areas are organized and well-kept 
- Assist with recruitment and training of new staff members
- Collaborate with ownership on farm goals as well as daily and weekly task lists
