Job Description

Performance Health is seeking an AR Coordinator to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator manages and maintains the accounts receivable (AR) activities for assigned account portfolio.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage an AR portfolio and continuously work to improve and/or sustain the health of the portfolio
Identify customer disputes and effectively route them to the appropriate person for resolution
Solve customer invoice issues to expedite and obtain payment
Perform complex account reconciliations (including credit application, resolving cash application issues, etc.) of outstanding balances on customer accounts
Escalate issues to management effectively when necessary
Create documents for processing credit memos, debit memos and adjustments
Prioritize collection efforts while managing emails inbox and phone calls
Navigate, input data, and perform basic functions including "vlookup" in Microsoft Excel
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years credit/collections experience
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word and Outlook)
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to include pivot tables and v-lookup
NetSuite system experience preferred
Team oriented individual who can work effectively with others
Superior customer service and relationship management skills

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $23.00 - $25.00 plus benefits.
