Job Description

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Customer Service Representative (Scheduling Specialist) within the transport industry, located in Broadview, Illinois, 60155, United States. In this role, you will be crucial in stimulating business growth and solidifying client relationships through outbound phone calls to prospective clients, with the primary purpose of arranging appointments for our extensive sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients to plan meetings for the sales team

- Utilize provided scripts and persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services

- Accurately record and update client information and scheduling details in our CRM system

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meeting schedules and ensure optimal utilization of their time

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns raised by prospective clients

- Meet or exceed monthly targets for scheduled meetings and conversion rates

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in the scheduling process

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics. Requirements – Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role within the transport industry

- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls

- Experience in a call center customer service environment

- Strong data entry skills and order entry experience

- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and effectively

- Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing customer bookings

- Experience in inside sales would be advantageous

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, and on holidays if required

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly

- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
