Job Title: Warehouse Operator

About the Opportunity: The Warehouse Operator will perform all shipping/receiving/material movement operations in Wood Dale, IL warehouse, including picking stock for orders, accounting verifications for orders. You will coordinate all system transactions to accurately track inventory internally. This is a great role to get involved in the business, and support our distribution function.

Location: This is an on-site first shift position, and will report to the Wood Dale, IL office Monday through Friday.

What you will be doing:

+ Perform daily parts and finished goods shipments including picking, packing, verification and shipment activities.

+ Receiving of product including truck unloading, verification, repackaging and stock put away.

+ Unpacking, prepping for accessory installation/modification/service, repacking and prepping for outbound shipment.

+ Coordinates all product shipments for service group customer repairs.

+ Preparation of export documentation, including emailing and receiving documents.

+ Inventory verification such as cycle counting activities.

+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you need for success:

+ High school diploma is required.

+ Minimum 1 year of warehouse related experience in shipping and receiving.

+ Experience with most common material handling equipment required.

+ Fork truck license operator is preferred.

+ Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software is preferred.
