Job Description
Position Title: Routing Logistics Analyst
Job Summary:
The Routing Logistics Analyst position is responsible for the development, implementation, and daily execution of the PharmaDispatch solution. This leader should efficiently apply system-driven geographical information and routing knowledge to deliver plans with maximum efficiency and optimum customer satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the overall Pharma Dispatch solution including the development, execution, adoption, training, and stabilization of key processes and initiatives
- Partner with the field operations leadership team to drive efficiencies and achievement of key performance indicators
- Build daily routes within their assigned territories utilizing advanced routing software (Roadnet Anywhere) to identify efficiencies based on several routing variables, supporting the field review, scheduling, and confirmation process.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to drive net promoter score and overall satisfaction with the scheduling and confirmation solution
- Identify, present, and implement continuous improvement ideas within the end-to-end field operations business model that drive efficiencies and bottom-line savings.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, communication, and collaboration for any field territory adjustments
- Daily data maintenance of CRM Software (Sales Logix) and Pharma Order Management Portal
- Communicates regularly with various internal and external audiences
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25%
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, information technology, business or related field is preferred or relevant work experience.
- Five or more years of experience in travel, transportation, customer service, with specific experience using transportation routing/scheduling systems (preferably RNA)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work remotely and in a self-motivating capacity.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Tableau reporting preferred
