What you'll be doing
Partner with the Global Quality Strategy and Business Operations organization.
Own the quality strategy for transformation projects, including software development, implementation of new technologies, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, engineering, and business partners, to define quality objectives and requirements.
Partner on any external engagement with local agencies including participating in conferences and other events to represent the quality organization and or segment.
Develop and implement quality processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
Participate as a member of leadership to collaborate on appropriate programs and projects to ensure alignment with broader segment portfolio and overall Quality strategic priorities.
Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure appropriate data is available to measure the effectiveness of quality efforts and supervise progress towards program goals.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in digital systems, processes, and workflows and partner with IT as needed based upon the system architecture.
Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and consultants to use expertise and resources for transformation initiatives.
