Job Details:Summary: This position is responsible for the supervision of production Team Members for quality safety and any additional assignments deemed appropriate by management. Is responsible for scaling cattle gender count inventory cattle lot sheeting cattle moving cattle from trucks to pens. Clean up of yards area. In addition to other various responsibilities. Applicant must have good communication and organizational skills and be able to perform tasks with limited supervision. Tasks include standing walking bending stretching climbing pushing pulling lifting and reaching. This position can work in a cold damp environment or hot humid environment and on slippery surfaces. Team member must be dependable work well with others self-motivated.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1 plus years work experience in the Harvest division preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: The ability to lead by example; make independent decisions based on independent observations.
Supervisory: None
