Ensure smooth onboarding of products and services for new and existing clients. Collaborate with internal departments and clients' Finance, Legal, and IT teams. Manage multiple implementation projects, including client interaction, training, action item tracking, deposit account opening, and new product roll-outs. Conduct training sessions, both in-person and online, for existing customers on new or existing products and services.

This person will also:

Facilitate new product and service implementation, ensuring proper delivery and use.

Resolve customer questions and operational errors regarding product setup.

Conduct online and in-person training sessions, establishing and communicating training materials.

Manage workflow for new and incremental implementations, meeting SLA targets.

Mentor and train other Client Delivery Specialists, aligning clients' needs with bank capabilities.

Organize and execute multiple projects, maintaining knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.

Partner with the CDTM Implementation Team to ensure compliance with Bank standards.

Adhere to internal and external policies and regulations, providing account maintenance for complex or high-profile clients.

Review the qualifications listed below:

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience B in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. Required

Experience

4-7 years Banking, project management or business development. Knowledge of CDTM products, and other non-borrowing and bank products and services. Required

Licenses and Certifications

AAP - Accredited ACH Professional within 2 years. Preferred

CTP - Certified Treasury Professional within 2 years. Preferred

CAMS-Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist within 2 years. Preferred

CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management within 2 years. Preferred

Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. Required
