Description:

Manage the online job posting system, resume referrals, and campus interview schedules. Track employment activity and outcomes of graduates and current students, and generate reports. Coordinate Business Career Center events including employer information sessions, networking events, site visits, and career fairs. Communicate with and assist corporate employers and students with a high level of professionalism and strong customer service skills. Work effectively with team members to achieve the goals of the Business Career Center.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordination and administration of the on-line job posting system. Monitor and disseminate application deadlines of various employers in a timely manner.
Assist with the logistics of on-campus recruiting including creating interview schedules, student outreach, accommodating interviews and recruiters during their on-campus visits
Coordinate corporate site visits, office hours, classroom visits, and information sessions
Manage day-to-day office operations. Interview, hire, orient, lead, mentor and evaluate staff to meet departmental and organizations needs
Tracks placement activity and creates reports
Assists with career related programs including: Internship Prep Series Resume Expo, Mock Interview and Alumni 4U
Collaborates with student organizations to facilitate the Chicago business community on campus
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree* *Bachelor degree, additional education, training and/or work experience in a distinct academic discipline or area of specialization may be designated by the Employer. Such designations must be directly linked to the specific position description and requirements.
