Responsibilities include:

- Conducting collections on outstanding accounts receivable balances from B2B clients.

- Managing credit and debit transactions, processing refunds and adjustments as necessary.

- Generating accurate and timely invoices for clients, adhering to billing schedules and terms.

- Reconciling discrepancies between invoices and payments, investigating and resolving any issues that arise.

- Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and following up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding balances.

- Collaborating with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.

- Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and updating accounting systems accordingly.

- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable.

- Staying informed about industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable and credit management.

- Providing support during audits and assisting in implementing best practices for accounts receivable processes.

- Utilizing skills in SAP, B2B collections, Billing, Billing Collection, High-Volume Invoicing, Debit Credit, and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Requirements – Proficiency in SAP is a must for managing financial transactions and reporting.

- Experience in B2B collections is required to manage business-to-business transactions effectively.

- Knowledge of the Billing process to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.

- Familiarity with Billing Collection practices to manage and follow up on outstanding invoices.

- Ability to handle High-Volume Invoicing, ensuring accurate billing for a large number of transactions.

- Understanding of Debit Credit operations to manage financial entries accurately.

- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage incoming payments and outstanding invoices effectively.
