ROLE OVERVIEW

+ Assist in building a best-in-class FP& A and Reporting process by developing, standardizing, maintaining and driving continuous improvement of all financial tools and planning processes

+ Develop deep understanding of the underlying operations and drivers for the budgets. Assist in the annual budgeting process including guidelines, systems and tools, change tracking and review and approval

+ Collaborate with the team regarding system enhancements, and maintenance of Adaptive Insights/Workday, the company’s budgeting & forecasting tool

+ Maintain executive leadership reporting

+ Support Management Accounting team for reporting needs

+ Track financial results that will deliver insight and recommendations to our executive leadership for strategic and operational planning decisions

+ Contribute to the consolidation and analysis of management reporting results, monthly forecasts, and quarterly updates for senior leadership

+ Collaborate internally with other departments to strategize, troubleshoot issues, and support any needs they may have.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

In order to effectively represent the Company and communicate with clients, the employee must be someone who has:

+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills including the ability to identify issues and potential solutions proactively

+ A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership over processes and is resourceful

+ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Energetic with team player mentality and process improvement oriented

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

+ 5 years’ experience

+ Proficiency with MS office is required
