Core Responsibilities:
+ Own the analysis and documentation of the technical workday setup in the area of HCM and Recruitment to ensure the design is well understood and aligned to requirements
+ Translate business requirements into effective and sustainable technology solutions
+ Facilitate design sessions with key stakeholders, while keeping technology capabilities and best practices in mind
+ Independently implement workday configurations, mange testing and technical documentation, and work with internal IT or 3rd party suppliers where needed
+ Proactively monitor new capabilities and identify opportunities to bring value to the HR organization
+ Establish a clear product roadmap using agile methodologies
+ Establish and apply governance structures needed to maintain a high integrity of the overall Workday design, in close partnership with other HRIS product owners
+ Support creation of training materials, and ensure 1st level support is equipped to handle common support inquiries and maintenance tasks
+ Serve as a 2nd level support over the respective product domain, and where applicable escalate issues with Workday or 3rd party supplier
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, alternatively a Workday consultancy background
+ Proven experience (> 4 years) in Workday HCM and Recruitment, certification is a plus
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
+ Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams

Salary range:
$105,000.00 – $189,000.00
